Synced (“we”, “our”, or “us”) provides AI-powered finance automation software. This policy describes what information we collect and how we use it. If you have questions, email us at hello@trysynced.com.
Information we collect
When you use our marketing site we collect only the information you give us through forms (name, email, company, message) and a small amount of technical metadata (IP address, browser type) that is used strictly for security and anti-spam purposes.
When you use our product we process the data you authorise us to access — typically via Xero, QuickBooks, Gmail, or Outlook — strictly to deliver the agent workflows you configure. Your data is isolated per tenant and never used to train shared models.
How we use information
To run and improve the service, respond to your enquiries, keep the product secure, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.
Data retention
Marketing leads are retained for up to 24 months from last contact, unless you ask us to delete them earlier. Product data is retained per your subscription agreement and is exportable or deletable on request.
Sub-processors
We use a small set of vetted sub-processors for hosting, email, and observability. A current list is available on request.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (UK/EU GDPR, CCPA, etc.), you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with your regulator.
Terms of use
Your use of Synced is governed by the master services agreement or online terms we separately agree to. For any conflict, those terms prevail over this policy.
